This 1-hour presentation will review what self-care is, why it is necessary for our everyday lives, and how we can implement strategies to take care of ourselves. Participants will complete a self-assessment and be able identify areas of improvement for their self care. The presenter will share ways to help participants practically implement self-care in their lives. This session will not be recorded.
